Lesson Fourteen

It's Going To Rain

1. The little white rabbit is bending  over and cutting grass on the hillside.

2. It is overcast. The little white rabbit stands up and stretches his waist.

3. The swallow is flying over his head.

4. The little white rabbit cries out: "swallow, swallow, why are you flying so low?"

5. The swallow answers: "it's going to rain, the air is very humid, the wings of insects are stained with tiny drops of water, so they can't fly high.

6. I'm busy catching insects! "

7.Is it going to rain?

8. The little white rabbit looks at the pond ahead, and all the fish are swimming to the water surface.

9. The little white rabbit runs over and asks,"little fish, little fish, why do you all have time to come out today?"

10. The fishes answer, "it's going to rain. The water is very airtight and so we are at the water surface to take breathes.

11. Little white rabbit, go home and be careful of the rain. "

12. The little white rabbit quickly  picks up the basket and runs home.

13. He meets a large group of ants on the way and he tells them that it is going to rain.

14. A big ant said, "it's going to rain. We are busy carrying things."

15. The little white rabbit quickens his pace to run home.

16. As he runs he calls out, "Mom, mom, it's going to rain!"

17. There is a loud thunder in the sky.

18. Whoa, whoa, whoa, it's really raining!

第十四课  要下雨了

1.小白兔弯着腰在山坡上割草。

2.天阴沉沉的，小白兔直起身子，伸了伸腰。

3.小燕子从他头上飞过。

4.小白兔大声喊：“燕子，燕子，你为什么飞得这么低呀？”

5.燕子边飞边说：“要下雨了，空气很潮湿，虫子的翅膀沾了小水珠，飞不高。

6.我正忙着捉虫子呢！”

7.是要下雨了吗？

8.小白兔往前边池子里一看，小鱼都游到水面上来了。

9.小白兔跑过去，问：“小鱼，小鱼，今天怎么有空出来呀？”

10.小鱼说：“要下雨了，水里闷得很，我们到水面上来透透气。

11.小白兔，你快回家吧，小心淋着雨。”

12.小白兔连忙挎起篮子往家跑。

13.他看见路边有一大群蚂蚁，就把要下雨的消息告诉了蚂蚁。

14.一只大蚂蚁说：“是要下雨了，我们正忙着搬东西呢！”

15.小白兔加快步子往家跑。

16.他一边跑一边喊：“妈妈，妈妈，要下雨了！”

17.轰隆隆，天空响起了一阵雷声。

18.哗，哗，哗，大雨真的下起来了！
